Step 1: Build Your E-Z-GO
- Choose from E-Z-GO's lineup of golf carts.
- Pick your desired color and powertrain.
- Customize your golf cart by selecting its key features and accessories to build the golf cart of your dreams.
Step 2: Place Your Deposit
- Once you've customized your golf cart, you'll place your $500 deposit.
- This deposit will be applied towards the final purchase price.
Step 3: Connect With Your Dealer
- After you've made your deposit, your selections will be sent to the E-Z-GO dealer of your choice, or nearest to you. You will receive an acknowledgment email detailing your order number and model information.
- They will reach out to you to finalize your order and get it submitted for production.

What happens after I reserve a vehicle? When will I hear from my dealer?
Once your order is submitted, your vehicle enters the build process. You will receive an email notification once a dealer is assigned to your order, including the dealership’s contact information. Your dealer will reach out after your vehicle ships and arrives at their location to finalize your order. If any questions arise in the meantime, please contact your dealer directly.
How much is the deposit?
The deposit to reserve your E-Z-GO is $500 and is non-refundable. It does go towards the final cost of your vehicle.
When do I need to pay the remaining balance?
You will pay the remaining balance at final pick up with your dealer.
What if I no longer want the vehicle I reserved?
You may cancel your order through your assigned dealer but will lose your deposit.
Can I make changes to my vehicles after reserving it?
No. Once an order is submitted for production, it is locked in. However, if you’d like to add aftermarket accessories, your dealer can assist you with that once your vehicle arrives to them.
Can I choose my E-Z-GO dealer?
Yes, you may choose the E-Z-GO dealer you'd like to work with.
Does reserving online guarantee my vehicle?
Submitting your reservation and deposit secures your order in the production process. Your dealer will confirm timing and final pick-up or delivery details with you directly.

Online pricing reflects the base vehicle cost. Additional charges such as labor, installation, taxes, and dealer fees may apply and will be provided by your dealer.
